Mark and DINE Catering & Events was a great vendor for our wedding and the food was an absolute hit! It’s a natural worry wondering if the food will taste as good on the day of, feeding over 100 people, compared to the tasting. With relief, our hors d’oeuvres, salad & entree all came out tasting the same or even better than our tasting. At the very end of the night, when my husband & I were about to have our private last dance, Mark made it a point to speak to us to just check in on how our wedding day went. Mark is very passionate about food and cooking, and you can tell by the way he speaks about flavors, pairings, etc. On top of delicious food, DINE is also fairly affordable for the couple who may be on a budget. I highly recommend this caterer!

Mark, Louise, and the DINE team were exceptional in all phases of the process and delivered delicious meals with excellent service. They provided a very personal touch at two tastings (they accommodated us after signing when one of us could not be present for the first) and made last-minute dessert preparations. Their prices cannot be beat for the quality and quantity, particularly their desserts! Leading up to the event, Mark and Louise were excellent at communicating with us. When we had additional requests like adding in hot tea and coffee stations in the days leading up to our event, they were very accommodating. We had a serviced buffet where the serving staff specifically brought hors d’oeuvres out to all the guests in the ceremony area and had a separate plate for us, the couple. Everything was plated nicely (just as we saw at our tastings) and the food tasted very fresh. We got many compliments from our guests. The execution was smooth and our friends helping coordinate commented on the kindness of Mark and his team who were present. They clearly love and take pride in what they do, and it was a pleasure getting to know them and working with them. Highly recommend them!

Working with DINE Catering and Events is an absolute treat. December 10th was my second event working with this company. I enjoyed every bit of it. My couple experienced a plated dinner experience with a seating chart and place cards. Execution of the event went smoothly. You will enjoy your experience from the tasting to the day of experience. DINE was phenomenal, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Wonderful husband wife duo who provided incredible food, and service that was so detailed and thorough. Several of our wedding guests mentioned how kind and accommodating the service was. Can not say enough great things about this catering company! They were very helpful. Always answering my many questions and helping us decide what style of food we wanted to serve and pairing the right dish. Our exit meal was out of this world. When deciding on what we served, we mentioned a restaurant with our fav fried chicken sandwich. They went over and beyond and went to try it then made it even better than the restaurant. True talent and quality. If you are looking for a great catering company this is it! After a tasting appointment my husband and I knew it was a perfect fit for our wedding day and we don’t have anything but great things to say. From Sea bass, prime rib, lamb skewers, dauphine potatoes… mac and cheese with short rib offerings, our guests have not stopped talking about how good the food was. THIS IS NOT YOUR NORMAL WEDDING FOOD! By that I mean it's high quality and you can tell it was prepared with care and love. If I could have another wedding just to have this food again, it would be worth it.

We made an excellent decision in choosing Dine for our dinner party last week! We had the president of our company over in our home, so it was vital that everything went smoothly. All 20 of our guests were raving about the service and quality that Mark and his wife provided that evening! Looking forward to more events with Dine!
