had a really disappointing experience here and won’t be returning. From the start, the technician was extremely rough and aggressive while handling my hands, repeatedly snagging them in a way that was uncomfortable. I asked for a basic pedicure, but I was never offered a service menu or book to show what add-ons were available. At most salons, even a basic pedicure includes soaking, a scrub, and some type of massage—or at least the option to upgrade. I don’t mind paying extra, but I wasn’t given the opportunity because nothing was explained to me. Just because I said I wanted regular polish does not mean I only wanted the bare minimum. This was the fastest, most stripped-down pedicure I’ve ever had—about 10 minutes of polish removal and repainting, with no soaking, no scrub, no massage, and no attempt to offer additional services. The technician didn’t speak to me at all, which would have been fine if she had at least been gentle and professional—but she wasn’t. When I brought my concerns to the manager, he essentially brushed it off and excused her behavior instead of addressing the issue. Customer service, communication, and basic care were all lacking. I expected a relaxing service and instead left feeling rushed and uncomfortable. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
what a perfect nails for christmas! I had a good experience with Jayden. So professional, attentive, and took his time with my dip nails. The salon was clean, and the results were neat and well done. I appreciate the care they put into the service. Everyone was friendly and professional too and the salon is a place where you can truly relax.
My previous nail girl stopped doing nails so I had to find a new place and this salon has exceeded expectations so far! You get complimentary wine with your service but they also have water bottles if that’s what you prefer. I have gotten SNS all three times I’ve been. I have had Jayden twice and a female tech once and I think I will always schedule with Jayden from now on. He pays insanely close attention to detail regarding design and shapes the nail absolutely perfectly. And I am PICKY. I requested to change the color on two nails on the gradient set and they didn’t make me feel guilty at all for doing that which I appreciated because I felt really bad. Salon is clean and pretty. Very reasonably priced in terms of SNS, I haven’t gotten any other service. I started with requesting just a single color but have stepped up the complication level each time I’ve been and I’ve left happy every time!
I have been there 3 times now and they always do such a good job. The service is quick, everyone is friendly, and my nails always last 3-4 weeks. I could probably go longer if I had to but I like keeping them fresh. Jayden is great!
I’ve been going to Dip Nail Lounge in Nashville for over a year, and they are absolutely perfect every single time. This visit, I got dip with a gel design over the top, and five days in, everything still looks flawless. I know from experience that if you ever have an issue, they’ll take care of it right away. Their customer service is fantastic, and you can feel that it’s family-owned and locally rooted here in Nashville. The deluxe pedicure is a must-try—the leg scrub, amazing scents, and relaxing massage make it such a treat. Thanks to Dip Nail Lounge, my nails have never looked better. I’ve even been able to grow my own natural nails for the first time. I work in a hospital as an occupational therapist, so my hands go through a lot, but their work holds up beautifully every time. If you’re looking for a consistent, reliable nail salon in West Nashville that will make your nails look gorgeous and last, I highly recommend Dip Nail Lounge!
