The entire experience was wonderful. I called and spoke with a very kind woman and they sent a tech out within the hour. He was nice and friendly and explained everything. They were upfront about the price and were the most affordable. Would absolutely recommend.
All toilets were backed up and all sinks were not draining. Reached out to Discount Drain Cleaning and was told they could get someone out within an hours time. Terrance showed up in no time, explained what he was going to do and did exactly that. Drain was cleared fast and issues resolved. Terrance was very friendly and professional. I just have to say this company is absolutely great and trustworthy and honest. I had an issue and had another company give me a quote (and I almost fell over....) I got Walt's information and called them and he had Julian come to the house and Terrance joined him later...they worked until the problem was corrected and it was almost 6 hours, but they were able to get my "clog" broken up and Julian and Terrance were so honest and polite and worked together and the price was very very reasonable and I am one happy lady and will recommend this company to everyone I know. PSA don't throw egg shells down your garbage disposal...after years of buildup they became a "brick" in my pipes. Honesty and Integrity are so hard to come by these days, and this company has both and they don't rip off the homeowner...I knew the price every step of the way and I was fine with it....
Julian and Louis communicated very well with us. They were on time to our house. Very polite and very professional. They were clean and careful in what they did. The were pretty in sync with each other as well. They were both very good in explaining what was the issue we were dealing with and even talked throughout the process. They stayed until they made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Amazing job! Great customer service over the phone as well prior to setting up an appointment and I loved the transparency. If any other issue comes up, we know who to call now. :)
Very professional both office personnel and technicians. On time and friendly technicians. Both gentlemen were thorough and explained everything in detail prior to fixing the problem.
