I needed my tires rotated, 5000 miles had come. I moved to Austin Tx from Wickenburg Az a little over two years ago and I bought the tires there from Big O. No Discount Tire there, no Big O here. I used Discount Tire when I lived in Phx and there is one near my gym here. I called them yesterday and was told to come in and they would do it for free even though I bought them elsewhere! I made an appt for 9:00 am and it was done before 9:30 am. Inspected and tested for leaks etc. free! Incredible service quickly! Check them out, awesome business. Post script: I needed new Tire Pressure Monitors replaced. Came back the next day and got it done while at the gym again! I thought I only needed one, but they explained you should do all 4 as they are the same age. So back on the road feeling good. Thank you Discount, Im a forever customer with you now and recommend you to others!
I could not have been any happier that I brought my car here. Erik was extremely helpful, polite, and professional; the team there finished fixing my tire 20 minutes early and got us on the way back to our family during the holiday weekend. Well done.
Love that they do free tire pressure checks and top offs. Julian and all the other technicians are always so helpful. Had a great experience when I needed a tire replaced too. Same day service and reasonable prices.
Discount tire never disappoints. I went to this location with the intent to get a nail removed, but unfortunately, I ended up getting all new tires because my current tires were not available. I was disappointed at first, but the technician informed me they were the wrong size for my truck and it was honestly a good move to buy bigger wider tires. He did everything in his power to find discounts, gave me a good deal, and now my truck looks tougher, and rides smoother. Bad situation turned positive because of this employee.
