My last visit to Discount Tire went well for a tire rotation. And despite the store being very busy, i was served in a reasonable time. i had set an appointment online and the tire rotation i was there for went very quickly and the car felt better as i drove away after the completion of the work.
My experience here at discount tire shop as per usual is top notch customer service is truly amazing and to Chris who worked the tire check station 5 stars and above and thank you for your service and support. Definitely coming back to get great service from you all in the future.
Austin was very professional polite and helpful. They recommend the best tire for your vehicle and travel/driving habits not just the most expensive. They let you know via text where in the installation process your vehicle is. Start to finish was a very easy, pleasant process. They also price match so even better!
The employees are attentive and polite. The vibe is better than other tire store experiences I've had. The manager, Joe, dealt with a difficult customer for over 30 minutes and showed great patience. He had her laughing even though she wasn't happy that her tires weren't 100% covered under warranty. They answered the phone quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure getting tires here.
BLUF: I’m extremely happy with my experience here. First off, Austin at the counter, was super helpful, lowered my stress about my unexpected tire flat, and worked hard to find a financial solution to my problem. Secondly, Titus in the bay, did a great job by reviewing the plan with me to insure accuracy, and explaining the process and estimate repair time. I’m so glad that Discount Tire found and employed people like this. They are top-tier professionals in their field. Thank you.
