I ordered tires online after reading the reviews. Then I scheduled an appointment. I actually got seen one day early! So far I haven't had any problems with the new tires. They were affordable.
Spectacular service! Speedy turn around! Technician and service riders friendly and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond for their customers. Management is friendly and kind! Thank goodness for Discount Tire. We were visiting Phoenix from Texas when we encountered unavoidable debris on a busy highway and began to lose pressure in a tire. I quickly googled DT and found we were not far away, Praise God! The staff quickly assessed the situation and fixed the problem at no charge! This is why we buy tires with Discount Tire! Later in the week a second tire began to look low. My husband took the car to a different nearby DT for a check. Sure enough the debris that flattened the front tire was stuck in the back tire. They fixed this one too! No charge.
Great service, Knowledgeable reps, wheels weren’t scratched when new tires were installed. It was My main worry. All went well! Booked online for a quick service. Wild how customers walked in talked over others already being helped, skipped the line. Not discounts fault but do better as customers, people. Discount itself was 5/5 love my new tires.
