Great service. Very professional. Fast. Good locations, accessible. Good sales. Jayden was great: very good advice, very knowledgeable, customer oriented, honest. Brandon kept me updated on the status, reassuring on the quality of my truck's wheels and axles, and the new tires I just bought them, therefore re-enforcing customer's trust. All the techs looked professional and skilled while working on my truck. Satisfaction guaranteed. Great experience at the shop. Whatever they are making, they should get a raise 👍 Great job at the shop for what I can say/see but I would downgrade later if reality is different on the road 😉
Nothing but good things here ordered a tire and wheel combo for my tundra and it looks amazing and had some worrys about fitment but everything went smooth thanks to everyone that helped you got a good crew here
Gave me wrong information and sent me on a wild goose chase more than an hour from my house. Go anywhere but here. I found what I needed at Les Schwab which is a much better company for anything tire related.
Warning: check your tire pressure after getting new tires at Discount tire! After driving away from my tire change appointment, my car gave me a warning of excessive pressure in my driver side front tire. After measuring at home it read over 10psi higher than recommended, and higher than max pressure for the new tire! I called them and they told me not to worry about it. They need to have better quality control before they release a vehicle back to their customers! Also I recommend they have a separate line for appointments. I waited for 15min in a line just to talk to someone even though I had an appointment. The line was mostly walk in customers. Update: upgrading rating after receiving a follow up phone call regarding this incident
The staff here are friendly and helpful! I visited twice; once for ordering tires and came back for installation. Both times I barely had to wait to be helped. These guys are attentive and quick with their work, all while maintaining quality service and care. I've never had a bad experience with Discount, and I hope they can keep up the good work for everyone else!
