I made an appointment and paid in advance to get two new tires for my wife's car. I got there a little early and was in and out of there before I knew it. The work was great and so was the customer service. This Discount Tire will be the new default option for tire services for my wife as it is close to her workplace. This Discount Tire is very efficient! I'll be back I'm sure.
I had a great experience at Discount Tire today! Both gentlemen who helped me were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and these guys really stood out. I brought my daughter’s car in because she needed new tires. She had gotten into a curb and chewed up her rims as well. I worked with Chad and Chris. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to send her silver painted rims out to be repaired and have them powder coated black. Wheel repair and new tire installation was just a two day turnaround. Very quick in my opinion and they look great! Very happy with the service I received. Would highly recommend.
