Great friendly and professional service .A range of tires and prices to fit your budget. If you go to the one on Horizen and Green Valley say Hi to Angel. But if he is buzy any of the guys will do right by you
I always get great service at discount on Horizon in Green Valley Parkway. it's the only place we go for tires and tire issues. They changed all four sensors in 45 minutes and reasonably for our trip to California.
Bought a set of tires on their recommendation for my Odyssey. Tires were rated at 60K miles. One tire went bald at 33K miles, and 2 others were 1-2 16ths from needing to be replaced (fourth was replaced more recently from a road hazard). Was told they would credit me the miles left on the bald tire (which somehow was only like $90), and that I could "try a new set of tires and see if they lasted longer". This was of course at full install and retail cost, minus the warranty credit. When I asked why I would incur this cost, when these tires clearly did not measure up, I was told that Discount did not make the tires, and "Yokohama can make up any mileage warranty they want." They refused to discount anything else, so I would have to pay full price for all the install costs associated with a new set of tires. I am not a tire tester, and have no intention of "trying to find good tires" at my own expense. If you don't stand behind your product, don't sell it. The least they could have done was offer me the warranty credit on new tires without charging me install again. But alas, I am not going to drop $1100 on tires every 30K miles because you sell garbage tires. Lost a 20+ year customer because of your lack of culpability. As an aside, they did recommend a set of Michelin tires which, after my warranty credit, were still over $200 more than Costco. So I guess Im a Costco Tire guy now.
I have been impressed by this Discount Tire location. I originally found them while shopping for tires for one of my vehicles. They were able to get the tires in I wanted in a few days vs. a few weeks at the big box stores. They also beat the price of other places I checked. Since that experience, I have gone to them for all my tire needs. I feel valued as a customer there and both I and my time have been well treated. I had a problem getting my car to start the last time I visited and they got me jumped and made sure I was good to go. They then gave me recommendations for nearby places that could check my battery. I feel like they care; they are my go to for all things tires now.
Very friendly staff. Thought I needed to patch my tire. Ended up not needing it but they warmed my business for all future tire needs. Update. Flat tire on the way to work. Tire needs to be patched. If I was told in advance the wait is 2 hours, then I would've just gone to small tire shop to get patched in minutes and go to work. If urgent, then go to nearest small tire shop.
