Great service from DLG Auto Services. Repair was completed quicker than expected and a great job done. They kept in touch regularly with updates on the repair too. Cannot fault them in any way 5 stars.
Had my car repaired by DLG Auto Services and the standard of work was excellent. The car was returned spotless, which was a really nice touch, and they kept me well informed throughout the process. Professional, honest and clearly take pride in their work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
I am insured with Direct Line. My son had an accident while driving my car. (He was also named as a driver on my Insurance) The off side mirror was severed when he bumped into the unmarked flatbed of a parked lorry in a services car park. I put in a claim and DLG Auto Sevices immediately got in touch. They offered to pick up my car and give me a courtesy car. I declined the courtesy car and drove my car to Bonnyrigg (about 5 miles away) it was fixed with in a week and most days I was contacted by the garage to let me know how the repairs were progressing. A beautiful repair! Very pleasant, polite receptionists also the engineer who worked on the car!! 5 stars all round. I couldn’t be happier. Many thanks to DLG Auto Services
DLG Auto Services Edinburgh. (Bonnyrigg) were brilliant. Our car had been rear end smashed. The guys picked up the car on the morning they said they would. All the damaged areas were repaired/replaced to perfection and returned looking like a brand new car again. Plus the whole car was meticulously cleaned inside and out. All this within a 12 day time slot. Brilliant. Excellent. Highly recommend these guys👌👍
Hi With regards my repair I’d like your feed back please. When initially booking in my repair I made sure to confirm with your operative that my drivers side wing, which was impacted, was rendered out of alignment. I was assured by her that this would be attended to on inspection by the engineer, and that he would be in contact with me to further discuss what needed to be done to complete the repair. After conversation with your engineer I again specified the above mentioned misaligned wing. Unfortunately on return of my car it appears that there has been no improvement with the position of the wing, (as is testified with the photographs I have included, (figure 1 & 3 bonnet panel in relation to wing at drivers side, figure 2 & 4 bonnet panel in relation to wing at passenger side) I would welcome any solution you would prescribe to remedy this problem. With regards to all other damage that was attended to…….. all very satisfactory. Thanks in anticipation.
