It has a very practical storage facility with interior loading dock. We picked up a customer moving from Quebec city to Vancouver. The move was easier thanks to interior parking of this storage. Tgeir disoatch was very polite directing us where to park for loading.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I cried. They were completely inflexible, refused to understand my situation. They showed no empathy or concern for their customers. I strongly advise against using their services.

I booked a moving service with this company, including a $300 deposit for a total estimated cost of around $1,200, covering three hours of service with three movers. The very next morning at 8:00 AM, I contacted them by email and phone to cancel the reservation due to the sudden death of a close family member. As I was responsible for organizing the funeral, it was impossible for me to proceed with the scheduled move. Despite the exceptional nature of the situation and the fact that I canceled less than 24 hours after booking, they refused to refund the deposit. They remained inflexible, keeping the money even though no service was provided. I understand that a deposit is meant to cover potential losses in the event of a late cancellation. However, in this case, they were notified the very next day — under serious and unforeseeable circumstances. I will never do business with this company again.
