I have been a Dobbs customer for a long time and I never had a bad experience with them until this past week. I took my car up to receive a proper diagnostics for my check engine light coming on, and they call me back saying they are turning me away. They said “take the car anywhere but here” because they heard a rattling in my engine and did not want to work any further. They still charged me the full $200 diagnostic without even solving the issue. Completely disappointed.
We were traveling home from vacation and hit something on the highway. We were lucky and got off safely and found Dobbs Tire Center. They replaced the tire and had us on the road again quickly. Great staff and quality pricing. The were awesome.
My Pastor had referred me to Dobbs on south broadway and I’m glad he did. The Manager Mike Davis done an excellent job in coordinating with the other mechanics in getting my vehicle looked over and seeing what else that I might need later. The other mechanic named Mike who worked on my vehicle made sure that he kept me informed on what all was being done . The entire staff was nice and friendly from the time my vehicle was brought in on the tow truck to the time I had to pick it up. The Manager Mike also made sure he called me as well to keep me updated and he gave me the time and date that my vehicle would be ready. Mike Davis has a great team and they say team work makes the dream work. I would highly recommended my family and friends to Dobbs on south broadway because of the excellent experience I had . I was very pleased with the work they done on my vehicle. I will be going back to Dobbs if I need anything else to be done.
What a great place with great staff! They absolutely saved our recent family vacation! We were in St. Louis from out of state on a road trip. As we arrived in the city to visit the arch on Friday (of the holiday weekend none the less), the brakes on our car suddenly went out and started scraping horribly. I quickly looked up service shops nearby and came across this Dobbs location. We carefully brought it over, just praying they'd be able to help. Even though they were busy, Pablo, Mike, and Mike (I believe it was) managed to get our vehicle evaluated, diagnosed, and fixed by the next day! We were able to pick it up Saturday afternoon with new, SAFE brakes (at a fair price), and we were able to get our vacation plans back on track and get back home safely and on schedule! The staff was so kind and helpful in what was a very stressful situation for us. I can't thank them enough, or recommend them enough!
Lost my wallet parking here for a Cardinals game. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my situation. They promised to get in touch with the parking company and see if they could help me out.
