In our car-centric society, it's a relatively simple process to settle claims when two cars collide. The drivers trade insurance information and let their respective insurance companies talk to each other. But if it's a car-person collision, it gets much more complicated. I was walking when I was hit by a car and in this situation, I had no idea where to begin to make a claim against the at-fault driver's insurance. Dolan Law took care of all of that.
