This by far is hands down one of the best experiences I have had regarding tax preparation. For several years, I had an accountant in upstate NY who was in business form himself and he was great. I used him for several years. However, the Done For You Tax has the same feeling of Mom-and-Pop business. I do not feel rushed, I feel listened to. Kathleen, who I have talked to several times now, is excellent. I get the feeling that she is really rooting for me. And, within a couple of months I will be ahead of the game. I love the CHAT box where I can ask any question or upload information. They answer you within 24 hours. Absolutely, the best experience. I highly recommend them. Especially for solo business owners. A great comfort.
