I was trying to find a florist to send flowers to a nearby hospital. They were very helpful and courteous. I asked for a small arrangement that would not take up too much space on a hospital table. I didn’t see the arrangement but was sent a photo. It appears that my idea of small was not the same as theirs. It was nice but got sent home as it took up too much space. Overall I was disappointed. I thought it was expensive and could have been smaller as I asked.
Dottie's created the most beautiful flower arrangement for our office. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and arranged beautifully in the included vase. We also appreciated the on time delivery! We will order from Dottie's again.
I received a birthday arrangement from Dotties, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The bouquet arrived in compromised condition — several flowers were wilted from the start, the arrangement never looked fresh, and it was a flat-back style more appropriate for offices or memorial services than a birthday. The flowers didn’t even last four days before they had to be thrown out. The manager, Michael, called me after my first review to ask for details that were already clearly stated. When I explained again what happened, he initially offered to send a replacement arrangement. However, when I asked for my family’s money to be refunded instead — since the quality did not match what they paid for — he refused because I was not the one who placed the order. I agree to just get another arrangement and then he quickly double back and said well we could actually just give you your money back. I’m like OK that’s just great. Give me my money back. You could send the money back to my family. He’s like oh we can You didn’t order the flowers. This forced me to reach out to my family to tell them the flowers they sent for my birthday were not usable, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. A business with a “100% guarantee” should stand by its product regardless of who placed the order. Very disappointing experience from both the product and the customer service.
I used Dottie’s flowers for my wedding in Malibu CA and let me just say I was beyond impressed with the florals that were delivered. Not only did summer(my florist) make my vision come to life, she very much outdid herself in every way possible. I got so many compliments on my florals and I was beyond happy with was what delivered and set up. Thank you Dottie’s flowers!
I couldn’t be happier with the flowers for my daughter’s bridal shower! From start to finish, Dottie’s was a joy to work with. They were kind, attentive, and creative. They truly listened to our vision and somehow made it even more beautiful than we had dreamed. The arrangements were breathtaking and made the whole event feel magical. A special shout-out to Summer for knocking this out of the park.
