Unfortunately we did not have a very good experience we got there about 4:00 Nicole waited on us we ended up spending $107 two bottles of wine and a charcuterie board. I had to go up to the counter and ask for serving plates, I asked Nicole at least three times for two serving plates and I had to explain why I wanted the plates. Nicole came to the table with two small plastic serving plates. now may not seem much yet other patrons had regular serving plates. She never came back to the table to check on us to see if we needed anything else we had to flag down another server to cork our bottles of wine. We came out of our way from Granbury Texas to enjoy the atmosphere very disappointed. We try to support our local wineries this is one we will no longer support

Service has changed. We had a "new to us" server that dropped off our food and a bottle of wine then never came back to the table over the next 1.5 hours. We put our empty wine bottle, glasses, and food to the side of the table and sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a bill. The entire time the server was standing behind the bar, telling the only patron at the bar about the time she and her husband lived in germany, she was also complaining that she could make $50 a night or a couple hundred depending on how many people were in there, loud enough for everyone to hear her. I'm not sure who the new wait staff is, but she definitely needs some training. We ended up having to go to the bar to pay our bill and the lady that was not our server checked us out because our server couldn't be bothered, I'm just surprised at the absolute lack of service because we've had such positive experiences in the past. We probably would have gotten an additional bottle of wine had someone simply come to check on us. It seems the wait staff added some new faces a few months ago. On top of this, our food was completely different tonight. It seems like the quality and presentation of the food is extremely dependent on who is putting it together. On a positive note, the Aether was wonderful.

This place is great! The drive to it and the area around it are very beautiful! We went here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. We both did a flight and then split the charcuterie board and a Reuben. The wine was fantastic and the food was equally as good! There were some great 70s rock songs being played at a level to where we could still enjoy conversation and the music. Lori came over and chit chatted with us for a bit. She gave us some recommendations of things to do around the area and made sure we got a picture together to celebrate the special day!

I had an amazing first experience today! I signed up for the quarterly wine club so I went in to pick up my 4 bottles of wine. Driving up to the tasting room offered a beautiful view of the property and vineyard. I decided to sit and enjoy a tasting of a few of their wines. I was welcomed by 2 staff members and had a seat at the bar. I had small samples of 6 wines and ended up buying an extra bottle that I knew my husband would enjoy. I'll absolutely continue my wine club subscription and can't wait to have a nice date with my husband soon at the tasting room!

This winery location is beautiful with hills and greenery. All of the wines available were made from Texas grapes and were very tasty. The building is really nice on the inside and the patio is cute. They also have food options available. We had the charcuterie board and we’re shocked by how reasonable the price was, especially for the amount of food on it. Definitely recommend!
