I love this daycare because they love dogs..ALL DOGS! Big and small! A friend suggested Downtown Dog as his dog played and boarded here and was happy! He was soooo right! Fawn, Bob, The Kias, Joey, Bevin and crew are AWESOME! Remy loves it here and they love him!…He is on alert and barking in excitement from the light at the top of the hill all the way into the parking lot! I say the word “Daycare” and he is on my heels until we get in the car! Downtown Dog is a GEM in the city!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for about a year and a half now. He loves it! He does doggy daycare and boarding. The staff is very nice and they treat the pets well. The hours are great and they offer options for walks or “runs” separate from the daycare group. I also appreciate that they offer bathing (including ear cleaning and nail clippings). They offer daycare packages, which will shave a few dollars from the regular rate. Overall- it’s comparable to other places. I just think that doggy daycare is inherently pricey, but for me - it is worth it. I also use the vet next door for all of his care. 10/10

My dog Sadie absolutely loves the Downtown Dog Resort! As do I! As soon as we turn on Mccomas St. she knows exactly where we are going and her excitement is uncontainable. The staff is amazing! Special shout out to Ms. Fawn, the front desk rep! She is incredibly attentive and thorough. She takes special pride in her work (and pups) and always makes sure the owners are comfortable regardless of the service. Thank you Ms Fawn!! The remaining staff is just as amazing! Too many to name! They all treat Sadie like their own! I trust the staff here, and I know she is well taken care of while in their care. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my dog for a day of fun, or overnight boarding! I can’t say enough positive things about this business and the people who work there!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our dog Ted loves coming here, when he sees us make the turn he starts jumping around the car. He always comes home exhausted. We have done boarding and daycare, both have been great experiences. The staff is wonderful! You can tell they really care about the dogs and have relationships with them. If you’re looking for a dog daycare or boarding stop this is the place.

I have been coming to downtown dog resort since 2019. There is nobody else I would trust my dogs with. Being able to have somewhere that I can trust will take care of my dogs while I’m out of town makes me so happy. Lando likes to play rough and for a small/medium dog he carries a big dog personality. While many people have tried to squash his spirit downtown has found where he flourishes and given him a safe space. Thank you for being a safe space for my babies!
