My husband booked the deluxe mobile detailing service as a gift for my birthday. It was absolutely amazing! My SUV looks brand new inside and out! Everything from start to finish was fantastic...the technicians were punctual, worked hard and kept us informed of their progress. They also did all of this is 100 plus degree heat! I highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again!
I have a 1987 Jeep J10 that I am restoring. I paid over $300 to these guys for the highest detail level package they offered and was left very unsatisfied. This should have been an easy detail. The truck has not been titled and has not seen the road in years. It was in storage for 4 years and just brought out. All it had was dust sitting on it. They were washing my spouse's vehicle first. I told them to let me know when they wanted to swap and I would back this one out of a garage. They never came and got me. They "detailed" my truck, which has 4 years of dust from sitting in storage on it, by dry washing it in an enclosed garage where the lights were out. I could not believe it. This method with that much dust scratched the paint, including my hood which was just professionally resprayed. Nothing that cannot be buffed out but they neglected to do that as well. They did not touch the bed, left streaks all over my stainless steel interior, and completely missed several body panels. The paint remains rough which suggests it was not clayed like it was supposed to be. It would be what you expect for guys who did not actually wash the car and attempted to detail it in an unlit garage. These guys may satisfy people who do not care much about their vehicles but they are not a high end car detail as their rates and website suggest. If you have a collector car or are particular about your vehicle, find someone else.
