Driven is great and here is why: They work on mobility and strength of the muscles that rarely get used in day to day life, but are crucial for long term health. I have had some unusual injuries over the years and they have always gotten me back on my feet quicker and stronger. Could not recommend more as they have been quality of life saving multiple times.
I highly recommend Driven! Incredible professionals and great atmosphere. I love sports and physical activity but always hated lifting weights. Once I hit 50 I started having injuries and realized I had no choice but to lift, but knew I would never do it consistently by myself. Enter Driven. Driven is an exceptional locally owned personal training facility. The Performance Specialists go above and beyond with their deep knowledge, attention to detail, ability to listen, patience, and expertise. When I began with Chad at Driven, I had already been to a spine doctor, received Cortisone injections in my spine, and completed 10 weeks of PT, yet my significant back pain had only gotten slightly better. In a matter of a few months with Chad, the pain has almost completely gone away. Initially encouraging me to follow his lead, he creates an individualized and customized plan that focuses on how to properly breathe, stretch and add weight training back into my routine, carefully explains the basis behind the fundamentals, demonstrates the proper movement, and then watches my form while making modifications specific to my needs. He thoughtfully prepares workouts for days off or while I’m traveling to keep my progression on track and even does outside research to answer all my questions. The proof is in the results- not only has he gotten me out of pain, but he has improved my strength, flexibility, mobility and mindset, allowing me to work towards my goals and even set higher ones. Andy (the owner), Heidi, and Steve are also welcoming, positive, and personable, supporting each other's clients and working behind the scenes to share knowledge. I highly recommend Driven and look forward to continuing to work with them.
The team at Driven has a lot of knowledge and experience in this field, it's not just another gym. They take the time to get to know you and your individual needs to build workouts specific to you, taking into consideration previous injuries as well as future goals. The trainers at Driven are individual focused and make sure you are getting the most out of the time you spend with them. I’ve participated in the group workouts as well which are small enough to still get quality input from the trainer who is coaching! I highly recommend checking out Driven. Each trainer there is fantastic!!
Ya llevo 5 meses entrenando en Driven y ha sido el programa de entrenamiento más exitoso que he hecho en mi vida. He probado todo tipo de clases de fitness a lo largo de los años y el enfoque único de entrenamiento de Driven me ha dado mejores resultados de los que pensaba posibles a través del entrenamiento en grupo. Cada entrenador es increíblemente conocedor y se asegura de que estés realizando cada movimiento de forma correcta y segura. La atmósfera del gimnasio es positiva, divertida y te desafía a mejorar cada día.
