I came here to get a company owned vehicle's tires replaced. Had a very difficult time with the employee. He was unaware of their SOPs and recommended i return at a later date when his manager was present
We always take our vehicles to Driver's Edge and they're always good. Quick estimates and quick repairs/servicing. The employees are very pleasant and friendly.
Got all of the fluids changed in my car. Headlight fixed as well. Great customer service. Heard interaction with other customers that was pleasant. Been going here and will keep coming back! They have great coupons to knock down some of the costs! Look online on their website!
I dropped in DE last week for the first time due to my check engine light coming on. They told me the check engine light is due to emissions parts that need to be replaced. Fair enough. This has occurred before on other 4Runners I've owned. The problem is the price quote for the parts was nearly 6k. I said no way, and they then gave me a quote closer to 5k. Why not give me the best price intiially? Secondly, as noted, I have had quotes for this exact issue in the past and it was about 1/3. Secondly, they said I had a crack/leak in my radiator. They wanted to to the work same day for 1k. I took the vehicle to my normal shop today. They have done visual and pressure tests. No leak found. I am not explcitily accusing DE of attempting fraud. I am reminding everyone to be careful and always get 2 quotes, and find a shop you know and trust.
Great customer service. I was panicking because my oil dip stick, broke off in the motor. Thankfully, it wasn't to far down. They were able to get it out. Now I am new customer. I recommend taking your vehicle here.
