I cannot speak more highly of Drybar Highland Park! I have seen KJ for almost 10 years. She is awesome and does a beautiful job on my hair! I normally see her once a week and my hair holds curl and looks fabulous all week!
I got my hair done for a holiday weekend. Sofia was my hair stylist and she was so sweet and friendly. She really knows what she’s doing and I was so happy with how my hair turned out. I got a cosmo blow out. It’s not the best photo of the hair but what I got that night, which I loved!
The stylists at this Drybar location are all top notch, as well as the front desk. The manager does an excellent job of overseeing the entire salon and keeping things going right. She is very hands on and listens to all comments from the clients. I love how my frizzy hair is blown out to a smooth shiny style that lasts for any evening event and for several days afterwards.
I've been a regular customer for years and got a barfly membership because I love the way Kylee does my hair! She's amazing: friendly, talented, quick yet detail-oriented, professional and always on time. It's great that I get to request Kylee and have her as my stylist every time I come in. The Highland Park shop has an attentive, friendly staff that handles their constantly busy traffic flow seamlessly. Their manager is hands on and does an incredible job.
Most horrible blowout I’ve ever had! My stylist dug her long nails into my scalp multiple times while washing my hair and was not gentle or relaxing. She kept digging the round bristle brush in my scalp and blowdrying my scalp with the hot heat. That combined left my hair and scalp looking and feeling so bad. I didn’t ask her to fix because she had already caused enough damage. I had to take medicine when I got home for the pain caused. Also completely redid my hair when I got home to fix the atrocity that happened to my head. The worst part is the breakage on the top of my hair that she caused. I CANNOT FIX that damage!! Will not be back, would not recommend. Photos without makeup on is the “blowout” I received. Photo with makeup on is how it looked after I went home and started from scratch on my own. Big waste of money to ultimately have to redo.
