Booked a blowout for my birthday! Tuesday afternoon, not too busy. Everyone was so amazing and kind and made me feel so special! They explained all the products and the process and made sure every detail was what I wanted. The products smelled great, and the salon was super clean. It took about 50 minutes and worth every penny!
My sister came in this morning for a 10am appointment that I made her to get ready for a wedding that she has to be at this afternoon as she is the maid of honor. She then had to wait 40 minutes to be taken for the appointment. The girl then proceeded to tell her she did not have time to wash and curl her hair that it would have to be one or the other. So she had her wash hair. She then Insulted her and said her hair is so thin she could curl it. She did such a poor job, she is now rushing to the church to try and fix her hair on her own before the wedding. Do not go here if you need your hair done for a formal event, very poor service and hair skills.
Jada did such an amazing job! I have shoulder length thick curly hair. The outcome was just WOW! Super smooth, bouncy and so much volume. One of the best blowouts I’ve ever had!!
Had the barfly membership but sadly had to cancel as I was moving away. The stylists on Sunday mornings are awesome! Holly and Eryn are always so kind and professional at styling my hair and always positive dealing with the various IT issues for the POS system. Store management has changed a bit in the time I have been going to this dry bar regularly but will say there are stylists that do a great job here even with high staff turnover rate.
Megan is truly the best! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all hair types and always knows exactly what to do. She consistently delivers amazing results every single time. Not only is she talented, but she’s also such a kind and welcoming person. You can ask her anything and she’ll always take the time to explain and make sure you feel confident. I recommend her to everyone! You seriously can’t go wrong with Megan!
