The two technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about their industry. They took the time to answer our many questions about HVAC systems and we could feel the pride they took in making sure our problem was solved. They even went above and beyond to double check the work from other HVAC companies and made minor repairs they missed (free of charge!)

The service team arrived on time and was very friendly. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. The whole process was about 2 hours to clean all the vents and inject the system with the antimicrobial. They cleaned up afterwards. The price quoted over the phone is what they changed. Highly recommend them.

The Duct Doctor team did an amazing job! More than just cleaning out the ducts…they cleaned the floor vents and opened up my package unit to clean off the blower (which was covered in mold…yuck!). Brian was so nice, and he took the time to both explain the process and update me on progress. I would highly recommend Duct Doctor!!
