Shout out to the team at Dymocks Belconnen this festive season, who spent a couple of months attempting to bring an internationally released book to Australia, ultimately without a win but a journey that they remained committed to with updates via text at every step of the process. Customer service at it's absolute best and a team that puts trust in its work, thank you!

I went into the Dymocks store today, I could not find the book I was looking for, but was approached by this lovely assistant Deb. She went out of her way to find the book I was looking for and when it wasn't available, she suggested another similar authors /books which she had read. She wasn't pushy, she was delightful- just good old fashioned customer service! More stores need people like Deb!

Awesome selection of books. Really nicely set out with little reading nooks and plenty of space to sit and chill whilst flicking through your next favourite book. Good for kids and adults alike with a warm and welcoming attitude and lots of customers to prove this place knows how to operate well!

Always relevant book: "The Wheel of Sharp Weapons" by Dharmarakshita (96) As all that is wrong can be traced to one source: our concern for ourselves who we cherish the most. Dymocks ha abierto una nueva fachada de la tienda en Westfield Belconnen. Sus niveles de stock no han cambiado, pero están en una ubicación más central y todo el interior de la tienda es nuevo y se ve fantástico. Cuando entré, uno de los empleados me ofreció ayuda sin que pareciera forzado. El empleado en cuestión era muy amable. He tenido muchas experiencias positivas con Dymocks a lo largo de los años, y siempre parecen tener lo que quiero.
