Spent an afternoon at Dyno in Jan 2026. What a great place! Very friendly and informative staff. We were beginner / intermediate climbers (adult, 12 and 14 year kids) and the new climber training was perfect to help us get going quickly but safely. There are some simple climbs for beginners and more challenging options as we got more comfortable. For anyone looking for a new fun activity to get out of the house, I highly recommend this!
First time here & climbing in general. Evan was the biggest help to me. Walked me through everything & had me watch the appropriate videos for the climb I wanted to do. Evan’s got some good customer service & sales skills cause I’m ready to get a membership immediately
Brought my grandsons here for their 5th birthday! They couldn't wait to come after seeing pictures from when I brought their older brother here when he turned five! Facility and staff are outstanding, safety is impeccable, hardware and ropes are all in excellent shape and well maintained! We will be back soon! If your kids like climbing, it doesn't get any better than this!
I took my son rock climbing for the first time and it was such a great experience. We were treated by Dino as soon as we walked in and he helped us through the process the whole time we were there. This was a first for both me and my son and Dino made us feel very comfortable and even helped us. But push ourselves to new heights. I can honestly say this experience was more than expected and we will definitely be returning. We also got to meet Pig (the dog). I 100% recommend this place. It was clean and everyone was present and helpful.
We had an amazing time at Dyno Detroit! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone felt safe throughout our visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the experience even better. Our group had a blast trying out the different climbing routes, and we can’t wait to come back for another adventure. Highly recommend this gym for climbers of all levels!
