The entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with me to ensure that I was kept in the loop with every detail regarding my car and conversations with my insurance company. My car was returned back in a timely manner and in “like new” condition. They were also very helpful getting me to my rental car office and helping return my rental car. I highly recommend E3 Collision.
E3 is Amazing , Crystal and Jason are awesome , I took my tesla there for repair after another body shop had said it was a total loss , that I did not agree. When I talked to Crystal she agreed with me and said it would not be a total loss. They did amazing work on my car , They have very friendly staff and are always asking if you want something to drink on every visit . I already recommended E3 to all my Friends and Family.
Great experience with E3 Collision. I was initially referred to another body shop after my car was rear ended. That shop ended up cancelling my appointment the day before because they do not service Teslas. After a brief search for a Tesla certified shop I came across E3 Collision. It was easy to make my initial appointment online. The inspection process was easy. They gave me an estimated time for repair, took my key, then helped get me a shuttle to my rental car place. After some back and forth with the insurance company (which was the longest part of this whole process), the repairs were approved and were finished ahead of schedule. They did an amazing job. You can’t even tell there was damage to the vehicle and they topped it off with a fresh detail job. Pickup was easy and I now have my car back in pristine condition. I don’t want another accident but if needed, I would not hesitate to go back to E3 Collision. 10/10 service and repair.

I am extremely happy and completely satisfied with my recent experience with E3 collision! The whole process was great and professional. They kept me updated the entire time to be specific Crystal the admin director was super amazing and very nice, the service was quick and thorough, and my car feels brand new again. I left feeling very excited and extremely satisfied with their service!
