Cats dropped my PS5 and damaged the HDMI port I contacted uBreakiFix and they said it would take 2 weeks to repair for $200, I then contacted Eric at E&A 808 Repair and he said he could get it done within 24 hours and he delivered 10/10 recommended the repair was $165 plus rush order fee which was $50 and he repaired the Liquid Metal and gave me great knowledge on exactly what it does and how to prevent it from happening again the Liquid Metal as an extra $25 but all in all its still better than buying a whole new console
Got an Xbox cleaning service, very nice worker who communicated well and kept me updated as well as ensured that my Xbox was functioning properly post cleaning.
Went to address and they no longer are there, but I did get a call back and his expertise was phenomenal give them a try!! They come to you
Eric was AWESOME! I brought in an Apple Watch. The screen had cracked and I needed to replace it I googled and called around and to my surprise NO ONE does apple watches besides apple and Best Buy but prices are super high. here at 808 repair prices was very reasonable and it even came with warranty without paying extra! Eric was a great help he kept in contact with me through the process he was honest from day 1!! I went in to change my screen and he went and looked to make sure everything was good and he actually noticed that the battery was really bad (ready to explode kine bad) and good thing he caught that because I was supposed to ask if he could change the battery too and I forgot so I’m glad he got that! And I know that if something doesn’t go right he won’t leave the problem unresolved. He fixes it or replaces it so that you’re not left hanging and he doesn’t charge you extra. He’s Fair not money hungry! Eric was also so patient when it was time to pay.. the person who said they were going to pay for a repair over the phone decided last minute that he didn’t want to pay. Mind you he needed to leave to deal with some family things and he stayed back to help me to make sure I was able to leave with the watch and not have wasted both of our time. Although there was some bossyness going on Eric stayed professional the whole time! I even tried to tip him for helping me and staying back but he didn’t let me. So if anyone asks YES THIS PLACE IS LEGIT ERIC IS FAIR PATIENT AND AWESOME thank you so so much Eric! You’re awesome we’ll be back guaranteeeeee 🤙 -Autumn 💁♀️
Brought in an Xbox 1X. When I brought it in the only thing it would do is continually re-boot itself. Eric was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented! He repaired my game system quickly and for a fair price. I will be using E&A 808 Repair in the future, I'll also recommend that if you are having any technical issues that you do the same!
