My husband and I have been frequent fliers at this dealer for several years. Mainly for parts and service for our fleet, and just to kick tires on new models. The team here, especially Amit, have taken the time to get to know us and our stories, even though we’re usually here for just small purchases. We always feel welcome. We recently decided we were ready to pull the trigger on a new bike, a Tracer 9. We stopped in mainly just so I could sit on one and ensure it was a good fit before hunting for the best deal in the region. Amit checked on with us during the visit and wanted to see if he could earn our business. We’d found a ridiculous deal on a bike in SoCal and truly didn’t think he could match it - but he did! We went home and contacted a few other dealers - but couldn’t find anyone else more eager to work with us, so we came back to East Bay. The purchase experience was probably the easiest I’ve experienced, very low pressure with minimal upselling, and a nice walkthough of the bike at pickup. Great job all around.

Great selection meets unbeatable deals meets friendly service. Just bought my second motorcycle from EBMS and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Amit was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different kinds of motorcycles I was interested in, got me a great price in minutes. Tristen helped a ton figuring out right size for a new helmet, she even insisted on staying past closing time to help install pinlock.
