I can’t say enough good things about this place. Both guys I dealt with were amazing. There prices for repairing my laptop were way below what I was expecting. Not only that but one day i went to see if my computer was ready, I was locked out of my vehicle and Ron ( one of the Techs offered to give me a ride home to get my spare key and brought me back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
⭐ Christmas Miracle: My work computer fried right before Christmas (cue panic, tears, total meltdown). I had no idea what to do and felt like I lost everything — and then Lacy at East Coast Computers swooped in like Superman or an angel. Knowing nothing about computers anymore, I had to fully trust him. Right from the phone call I knew it was the place. They listened, answered and were real kind. If you need a computer fixed and want to leave feeling like humanity is still magical and caring, this is the place. Through what felt like pure divine timing, they connected me with a generous guest who sold me a computer. Lacy upgraded, installed, tested everything — all while keeping me in the loop and making me feel calm and cared for the entire time. I left with immense gratitude. Anywhere else, this would have taken WEEKS. I felt confident plugging everything back in when home - I needed that. Lacy, you’re an absolute legend — the kindness, patience, and heart you put into your work is next level. Wesley, your kindness was heaven sent and will be repaid greatly! Katie
Lacy did an outstanding job on my system build. I brought in everything at 10am and he had it done by 2pm. It runs perfectly! He is very helpful and transparent about anything noteworthy.
I had the BEST experience with this business. Lacy and Ron are professional, knowledgeable, honest and so nice. And their prices are reasonable and fair. Ron worked on my Mac. I was having issues with a download that wasn’t working properly. He was able to find the issues and fix them perfectly. I had my computer back in 24 hours. I highly recommend this business.
I cannot say how grateful I am to have found East Coast Computers! Met with them during the weekend to get my old gaming pc looked at. Due to being active duty I don’t have much time to work on computers and do lengthy rebuilds. Sadly though, come to find that the old pc was having motherboard failures, but East Coast Computers was more than happy to help me in a timely matter, as well as build me an entirely new and modern gaming pc that is more than capable of handling current and future games for a very reasonable price! Not to mention, they had most of the important parts in store as well as a great selection of other parts and accessories you may need, and I had the new computer back and ready to go within 2-3 days, which I am shocked at how quickly they can get the job done! They are also more than friendly, and do good, quality work to make sure everything is perfect and running just the way you would want it to be! If you have computer troubles in Virginia Beach, I highly suggest going to them and they will always have my recommendation!
