Nicole took on a huge project with us and something I was very excited about. We hosted an all day movie watch party with very specific recipes. I was initially nervous that I was asking too much and she worked with me to nail down each recipe, the daily schedule, and ultimately came in significantly under budget. She sent chef Arielle to our place on the day and she was magnificent. Each dish was divine and it made the watch party feel so much more special that each dish was thematic to the movies. I’m still shocked we pulled it off and we couldn’t have done it without Nicole and her team. Everyone could have been more kind, responsive, and supportive through the event. Nicole is my go-to for this from now on.

Every dish is prepared in your own kitchen with care and attention to detail. I experienced this care firsthand during one of the hardest times of my life. When my stepmother suddenly passed away I reached out to reschedule my meal preparation. Nicole handled everything with kindness and waived the cancellation fee. In a moment when I was overwhelmed, they made things easier and that meant the world to me. The process of selecting meals each week is simple. Whether you’re juggling a demanding job, raising a family, or just trying to take better care of yourself, Eats by Nicole makes it so much easier to stay nourished without sacrificing quality.

The food was amazing—easily the best we’ve ever had at any event. Nicole could make a gourmet meal out of baking soda and beer if she wanted to.
