I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this salon. On September 24, 2025, I brought in my $800 hair topper for a routine wash and refitting. Instead of receiving the simple service I paid for, my topper was mishandled to the point of being severely tangled and damaged. I was kept at the salon from 4:15 PM to 11:00 PM, and again the next day from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, while staff aggressively pulled at the topper using improper tools, despite my objections. During this time, I was pressured multiple times to purchase an additional $200 topper instead of having mine properly cared for. By the end of the first night, I left without a wearable topper because the salon was closing. The following day, my original topper was returned to me still damaged, with extensions embedded in the wrong color, length, and texture. It is nowhere near the original condition I came in with, and I am now left with an unwearable piece that I relied on for medical reasons. The lack of professionalism, care, and respect for both my time and property was shocking. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone and strongly caution others against bringing valuable hairpieces here.
I went for a slight bamg trim and curls. The you g woman whi did my hair sidnt seem to be overly fsmiliar witb curling. Ahe kwpt recalling xuels over again, and rhe cuela didn't hold ip. I kept telling her yhst she meeded a smalle curling iron. She either didnt understand me or didnt have one, it nevwr marterialized. The price was reasonable. If i went back id bring my own topls.
I was on a business assignment in Boston and needed a haircut badly. I did a quick search and read some Google reviews, and figured I'd give it a try. Lucky me to have stylist Amy, who was available at the moment I walked in. I showed her the style I usually stick to, she assessed my hair texture and length, made some suggestions and took her time trimming every strand. My hair came out great! Thank you, Amy!
I don’t usually write hair salon reviews, but I can’t even begin how impressed I am with this salon. Ecco Beauty Hair Salon saved my hair. Started 3 years ago, I was a little worried about getting my hair done at a salon after a bad experience at another one. She skillfully restored the health and beauty of my hair, putting my anxieties to rest. I admire how she cares so much about her clients.ever since I just go to Tammy, My hair was long but yet was so damaged Tammy with the hair straightening/ treatment made it healthier got rid of my freeze hair & the damage…. Before Tammy I went to many places for hair extensions not really were good but Tammy is fantastic. She has more than 20 years of experience. My friends loves her, Tammy and her team are fantastic! I do recommend hwy to everyone not only the best hair extensions and strengthening, colors also for hair cut. Even my son go there.for men hair cut now as a teen & his friends want to go there.
I am so glad I found this place! Tammy took such great care of me. She was extremely knowledgeable. I was hesitant to go cause I am very picky with my hair since it’s very kinky and requires special care but Tammy brought some life back into my hair! I will definitely be coming back!!!
