I had been a customer for years, paying more than $600 annually. I called customer service and spoke with their representative, who couldn't speak English clearly, and suspended service. EcoShield showed up and attempted service but I shooed them away. Now EcoShield claims I owe them for their mistake: they did not have permission to resume service. I have asked to be provided a transcript of the conversation to prove my point; they ignored my request and put me in collections. EcoShield are bad actors. They do not listen and charge you for it. I went ahead and paid the bill to have a clear conscious while I ream them a new one with bad reviews. I finally cancelled my service. They replied that I had to speak with them to do so. Again, bad faith, we had a bad relationship where I have spent more than $3000 in fees as a customer and they couldn't follow simple instructions to suspend service until I notified them.
EcoShield has always been really professional, kind and reliable, highly recommend! Specifically though, Merrell serviced our home and our dog accidentally got out. He called me and made sure to get her safely back inside. I am very appreciative!

Great service from Damayin! We had a great experience with EcoShield. Our technician Damayin was professional and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly and was thorough with the treatment. Damayin was friendly and respectful of our home. You can tell he cares about doing quality work. He was very nice, but I was on a work call so unable to really walk through house with him, etc. Arrived much earlier than expected which typically would be great, but I couldn’t step away. I’m hoping bugs are taken care of. Only constructive feedback would be to clean nests off the patios after knocking down. I had three patios that were a mess after he serviced the house. Mud nests everywhere.
