Eden Studio is such a beautiful, peaceful space! It’s always spotless and so well maintained — you can really tell that care goes into keeping it clean and welcoming. I love that it’s never too crowded, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. Tammy, the owner, is absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about everyone who comes in. She makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and about creating a positive environment for her clients. If you’re looking for a clean, calm, and friendly studio where you can unwind and feel taken care of, I can’t recommend Eden Studio enough!
I no longer live in the area, but visit occasionally for 1-2 week time periods. I needed a place to work out that worked with this schedule and Eden has been perfect! Tammy, the owner, has created a beautiful and safe space for women to work out. She herself is incredibly welcoming and kind, and made it easy to get started. The Eden app is easy to use to purchase credits and schedule visits. The gym itself is equipped with everything you need for a great session. Eden has made it incredibly easy to stay consistent while traveling, and I can’t wait for my next trip!
I have been training with Tammy and at Eden for years! It’s a truly special place, now even better with the new part that she has added. Nowhere else is there a gym just for women, with exceptional trainers, equipment, and a clean and safe space like this. Tammy has always trained her clients with workout plans tailored to their bodies and what they need, and her trainers do the same. I’ve trained with her for my wedding, through 2 pregnancies, and after. The new part of the gym has all new equipment set up in stations to create space for clients to use alone or with trainers. Tammy has thought through every aspect of the space to make it suit her clients’ needs. Highly recommend!

My tenant has done an exceptional job transforming the space into a beautiful, welcoming environment designed specifically for women. Hey everyone! Eden Studio is seriously my happy place! It's not your average gym – think more luxurious spa than sweaty weights room. I just love the vibe; it’s beautiful, calm, and I always feel safe and welcomed. Seriously, if you're someone who gets a little nervous or self-conscious in big gyms, Eden studio is a game-changer. It's got this amazing relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space to feel comfortable and get your workout on without feeling like you’re on display. Highly recommend checking it out! I even still come here throughout out my pregnancy-it’s that comfortable!
