This contractor was arranged by my property agency to attend and provide 'rodent eradication' for Mice and Woodlice. My flat is in a block of tenement flats, so the contractor should've instructed that dealing with one flat will highly likely result in the rodents returning, as they will easily just travel between the flats. I paid £500 for 3 visits to treat the property, but the contractor should've used their expertise and professionalism and informed the agency that this will be a temporary non-lasting fix unless further works in the block are carried out. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend.
I cannot thank jack enough for the perfect, speedy and triumphant service that he has provided for me. I called at 8.30am responding by 9.00am ish and here by midday keeping me informed of his timings. He put me at ease and alleviated all my stress and fears. He set his traps keeping me informed of the products. Good to know as I have a dog and cat. A second visit booked for next week as well. A fantastic, speedy service. Something we don’t see enough of these days. To top all of the above I can call if I have any problems before the second visit. Great appreciation and a well deserved five stars. Thank you jack
Jack from EES did a great job for us having had a problem with mice in our house. He did 3 visits to ensure that they were gone and a proofing to fill in any obvious ingress points . He was very thorough, professional and reassuring. I would highly recommend EES and would definitely use them in the future if we ever need them. Thank you again for all that you have done. I phoned up at 8 am after a wasp nest was discovered in a raised bed. I told them that my partner was terrified of the little blighters. Jordan came out at 12, inspected the nest, gave me a runthough of what he was going to do and what to expect. Within 3 hours they were all gone. I can't recommend them highly enough. The prices were very reasonable too.

And the full price was very reasonable. Our main point of contact, Jordan, was professional, courteous, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and we always felt well-informed and supported.
