We were interested in an Investment in Quebec but spoke (very) limited French and do not have a Real Estate Agent. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish, English, and French helped us through the entire process remotely due to covid-19 restrictions. Jennifer was the Seller's Agent, but she helped us obtain a mortgage in Quebec. She provided us with the Building Inspector and Real Estate Lawyer to enable the purchase. We were able to see the property in person recently and are very satisfied with the purchase. It was a wonderful experience, and we thank Jennifer to enable this to happen.
