Nothing ever works here . Standards are way down and quality needs to be better maintained . Vacuum pieces are coming apart and the air is not working . Never any clean towels after 2pm to use . Not a good operation here . This is the worst location so far in miami
Elianis’ sweet personality makes this El CarWash at Little Havana a really nice place to visit! She is always so welcoming and her smile can brighten anyone’s day! She is a great example of what a great employee is, and what great customer service is like! I suggest El CarWash to really appreciate her very much, because good workers need to be appreciated! I also suggest El Carwash to encourage every other employee to be just as great as Elianis is, or train them to her standards! She truly adds a great value to their team! She is a 5 Stars! Yaima is one of the best attendants at El CarWash. She’s always i’m willing to help offer customers coming through. The experience at the car wash overall is great. The team is always courteous and the location Is always fast pace. I really like this car wash on 27th Ave.

Both of my side mirrors were completely broken during the car wash here. The manager said they wouldn’t take responsibility, claiming “maybe the mirrors were loose,” which makes no sense since it happened on BOTH sides at the same time. I spoke to him again, and after talking to his bosses, they still refused to cover the damage. Very unprofessional. If their machine damages your car, they simply walk away.
