Our dog Blue has stayed here many times and every single time has been amazing, but the last time was exceptional! Unfortunately, Blue got really sick and wasn’t feeling good after we dropped her off. Elaine’s staff, Matt, called us right away to let us know, sent us pictures, and gave multiple options on how to help her. They helped Blue and us so much and we felt at peace knowing she was in good hands. Elaine’s is amazing and I would take our animals here anytime. Highly recommend! Love Elaine’s so much

Here is our review of Elaines Pet Resort. We have one dog that is very calm and loving with people and other dogs and she did fine out at Elaine’s. However we have a reactive dog that we knew probably wouldn’t pass out there, but we thought we’d take him out there for a new experience and try to socialize him… We sat in the parking lot until 10:45 AM after dropping him off at 8:30 AM expecting to receive a phone call that he did not pass Which we were anticipating… The staff Lanes did call one of our phones, but they did not call all of the listed numbers. We had left them for emergency contact information. We had two separate phone numbers and three emails they could’ve contacted us for to come and pick up our reactive dog. So he sat in a corner scared for four hours before we could get There to get him because we thought everything was fine ….. we hadn’t received a report card On him as of 2 PM in the afternoon mind you dropped him off at 8:30. This is a very nice place but we feel the staff dropped the ball and did not use all contacts that were on our dogs emergency card. We had two separate phone numbers and two separate emails they could have contacted us and they only left a voicemail on one and their answer to that was oh I’m sorry. We would not discourage anyone from taking their dog out there, but if you Dog Be sure that you list phone numbers and let the staff know to call all phone numbers to come pick up your pet so they don’t have to sit there all day long Scared. And these dogs are not an actual rooms like at PetSmart daycare. They are in a kennel like berick situation With swamp coolers

There is good reason Elaines is voted the Premier Pet Boarding facility in the southern valley and it is evident from the minute you walk in the doors. From style and accouterments to staff and animal lodging. The opening walls to provide fresh air and a breeze all the way out to the communal activity areas. This place is top notch. Talk about "Having a Dream!" Elaines is just that, A Dream. For day care or long term stays while you go abroad, you not only know, but feel the safety, comfort and care your Furry bestie will receive. Five Stars All Day...

The only place we trust to take our pup while we’re out of town! She’s a golden retriever and gets so much love and attention there. I also send her to daycare and the photo events. She loves it!

My 5 month old Goldendoodle LOVES Elaine’s and so do I. The staff is beyond courteous and always loving. I have zero concerns dropping off our fur baby because I know he is well loved. When I pick up our dog from play sessions or boarding he misses Elaine’s as we drive away. I highly recommend Elaine’s.
