Elder Jewelry

Elder Jewelry is fabulous. On two separate occasions they went beyond what any other store would do. First they repaired my watch band that another jewelry store said couldn't be fixed and the second time I stopped to read the hours on the door and found i had just come at closing. I was going to walk away and come back the next day, but a nice employee opened the door and asked what I needed. I said a watch battery and she said that they would still do that. I thought that was particularly nice as they, I'm sure, were anxious to get home. They will be my "go to" because of their customer service and expertise. Thank you, Elder Jewelry!!

I’d give them 10 ⭐️’s if I could. I was in town for 6 days and needed a ring sized, asap. Not only was the price to make the ring larger incredibly fair and affordable, but they had it ready the SAME DAY!!! I was blown away!! I still am..I currently live in Florida, (former Lincolnite), and every place I had price quotes from was 3 times the price, and nowhere near that kind of time frame. I will recommend Elder to everyone I can!! PS..they still know what ‘customer service’ means. That’s a rare find these days..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 🙌

Saved twice by this jeweler! I was told earlier this year by a very well known Omaha jewelry store (owned by a billionaire) that my wedding band was unfixable. It is a platinum diamond infinity band that was bent into a severe oval when I lifted a heavy box during our move. I was told by the large jeweler that too many prongs were damaged and it would need a new setting- which they offered to sell me. Fast forward a few months- I ended up stopping at Elder Jeweler on a whim. The jeweler listened to my story and while we spoke he was working on my ring. By the time we were done talking he had bent it back into shape. He was basically showing me that the other place was just trying to sell me a setting. He gave me a quote to repair the broken prongs and reset the diamonds. It was very reasonable. They told me it would take a week, however they had it done in just a few days and it was done on the low end of the estimate. I was more than impressed by how new my ring looked! Fast forward 6 months- my daughter has a religious medallion that she wears when she runs. It means a lot to her as she has some health issues and the medallion is blessed. The bail broke this morning and she has a meet tomorrow. I ran it over to Elder. They did not promise that they could repair it. They said they don't normally do same day repairs. The sales associate said she would talk to the jeweler and see what could be done. 5 minutes later I heard him call to the associate and tell her that "the chain will break before the bail fails". He had soldered it shut and it is repaired to new! I am so grateful to have this local shop. They are very trustworthy and do fine quality work! Thank you Elder Jewelry!

I absolutely love my promise ring and get so many compliments all the time! One of the amazing aspects of the family-owned business is that anyone can help you when you come in. They really work with you to get exactly what you want, and provide their input when relevant. Which is nice if you aren’t sure what you’re looking for or aren’t super knowledgeable about jewelry. The emerald ring in the picture is also from Elder Jewelry!

My gold class ring from The United States military academy at West Point was damaged. The stone had disappeared and The ring was in horrible condition. Within minutes the ring and the stone were in mint condition. Thanks gang. You are delightful.
