We shopped many local stores but were unable to find what we were looking for. We were recommended to check out Electronic Express by a family member. Great experience from the time we walked in the door to check-out! The young man that waited on us was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make a choice in purchasing our new microwave! Will definitely shop Electronic Express in the future!!!
everybody in there was so quick to help you and Sister on making sure they were the ones that got your stuff to your vehicle. My husband and I and my son bought quite a bit from them. I’m really love the care and professionalism that they displayed each one of us felt that they really went above and beyond to help us, with all the really the best he really stayed on top of us and answered all our questions and that the same time not letting other customers feel ignored. He was so courteous. We look forward to visiting again for our next electronic or household product.
One of my best shopping experiences ever. Everyone that I talked to in the store were very friendly and very helpful. I got a great deal on a new PC, but to me more important than the cost of the PC was the atmosphere in the store and their follow up after the purchase. I highly recommend shopping at Electronic Express.
Great spot to buy electronics, I forgot my salesman's name but he was a great young fella working Friday at 3:30 pm Dec 12th. Knew his stuff and only helped me with information I needed; not trying to sell me stuff I was not interested in. The JBL bar 500 MK2 rocks, great product for half the $ of the jbl bar 1000
Placed the order online for a 5 cu foot freezer at 9:50 by 10:30 I had a confirmation email for my order. As soon as I arrived at the store on told the employees about my order they had it brought out front. It took us maybe 10 minutes. Great customer service!
