Good communication with John (the bald guy as he described himself to me) along with the two gentlemen in the outlet store outside of the main store. The GM could've been a little more professional by pulling his staff to the side to ask to clean up the counter area instead of saying something in front of my wife and I. Thank you again for the 2 gentlemen on Saturday the 7th for their help.

He did so much for us. I wish I could tell you everything he had done for us to make sure we were satisfied with price, the item, and delivery. You will not make a mistake coming to this place! The very lovely associate Doug helped me get my new fridge ordered after the old one broke, and it delivered in two days. The gentlemen who installed it were amazing and attentive to detail. This used to be my go-to store for nearly everything in my home. Looking around now, I see countless products I’ve purchased and replaced over the years. One of the main reasons I kept coming back was the quality of customer service. Unfortunately, in recent years, that customer service has gone noticeably downhill. Associates have become argumentative, and as a customer, I’ve often been made to feel unvalued. Even when calling for simple information, it frequently seems like the person on the other end has little interest in helping or that the call is just a hassle for them, well I am sorry I was trying to bring more business to you to keep the lights on, maybe my money is no good there. Over the past couple of years, I’ve given this company multiple chances for a little redemption and to earn back some of the trust, hoping things would improve. Instead, each experience has been worse than the last. After today, I won’t be giving them another opportunity. They may want to seriously reconsider their approach to customer service training, as I’m confident I’m not the only long-time customer who feels this way. I am sure Best Buy would welcome the tens of thousands I have spent over the years.

Purchased the JBL Harman Bar 500MK2 soundbar last night. Haris Syed was a tremendous help. He was extremely knowledgeable, and conveyed that knowledge clearly while demonstrating the simplicity of installation and quality of the sound bar. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Syed and Electronic Express, we look forward to working with him again in the very near future.
