Great customer service! Zero complaints. I visited to shop for a new washing machine. Zack was a straight shooter and helped me decide on one that fit my specific needs. The price was the best in the area. The selection is better than the big box stores. Sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly, not overbearing. My new washing machine was promptly delivered and installed. The entire process was easy. The delivery team was also fantastic. I'll be back when it's time to replace another appliance.
Very impressed with how Jacob at this store treated me. He was not pushy at all with selling me a gaming laptop, but he answered all my questions about the ones they had in stock as well as his own opinion. Over all a very pleasant experience and in the end I did buy one. Prices were very good and the deals they have are excellent.
I had recently purchased a sound system but it was not what I wanted. I wanted rear speackers that carried dialog, not just surround sound. I returned the system and told the saleperson what I wanted. He sold me a system he said would be what I wanted. I also purchased a tv. I paid to have the items delivered and installed. Just like the last speakers, they did not carry dialog. I have not returned the items because I do not want to go through all the hassell again.
Very happy with our LG 65' TV purchase. Alex was very knowledgeable. We got a great price on a newer TV. We try to always purchase from someone in our city/county and have always been happy with purchases here.
