I had my bridal dress altered here. The staff was kind and professional, and the overall experience was very positive. My dress was mostly lace with hand-beaded details and needed several inches taken in, as well as shortening, so the cost was on the higher side. I’m giving four stars because the right side wasn’t trimmed as much as the left, which was noticeable both in person and in wedding photos. The padding inside the dress was also visible at certain angles. The seamstress was clearly skilled, but I wish these details had been caught beforehand—especially since I spent nearly $1,000 on alterations. Overall, it’s a small detail that could have been easily fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t. This was my first time ever having anything altered, but now I’ll know for next time, exactly what to look for.

As the mother of the groom I bought a fair tale dress, which of course turned out to be too big. The ladies here are all so awesome, after a couple fittings my dress fits like a dream! These ladies are patient, kind and welcoming. If you ever need anything altered, Elegance Alterations is the best of the best!! They do great work. I will be referring friends and family!!

The ladies at Elegance did a fantastic job on altering my wedding dress, even with a difficult material. I had four fittings so they made sure everything fit just the way it should and they always made sure I liked it. I would highly recommend getting alterations done here!

Below are the before and after pictures thanks to Elegance Alterations! To stay in budget, I bought a sample sale dress that required some significant alterations. I was especially nervous to have the dress tailored due to the bust-line appliqués. I had 3 alteration sessions, each working towards achieving the perfect fit. The team at Elegance was collaborative and eager to help me achieve my vision. My venue was outdoor, so they added a bustle to help keep the dress as clean as possible during the reception. They even made a last minute change to the pads in my dress when I noticed them through the mesh front without charging me for the change. Needless to say, their work was impeccable and the dress fit like a glove. I cannot recommend their services enough for your wedding dress needs!
