Elegant fare blew us away starting as early as the tasting all the way through their seamless execution of our wedding night. The food was exceptional - the best catered food I've had at ANY wedding - and the pricing was much more reasonable than all of the other vendors we reached out to. From price, to taste, to execution, I could not have been more impressed with Elegant Fare. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with ElegantFare for my wedding. From the beginning, the planning process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their incredible team. Kyle, my main contact, was excellent at communication — always responsive and willing to make any changes I requested without hesitation. He made the entire planning process feel so easy. One thing I really appreciated was the wide range of menu options available. It allowed us to stay within a lower budget without sacrificing quality or variety. I was pleasantly surprised by how many great choices we had, even at a more modest price point. On the day of the wedding, the ElegantFare staff truly went above and beyond. Every staff member I interacted with — from the wait staff to the bartender — was kind, professional, and genuinely made me feel special. Their service made a lasting impression on both me and our guests. And of course, the food itself was delicious! The quality and taste were excellent, and everything was beautifully presented. I’m so glad we chose ElegantFare and would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.

We used Elegant Fare for a cocktail party with passed and table apps for 50 people and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job!! They showed up on time, put together a beautiful spread and were a joy to work with from our first consultation through saying our goodbyes at the end of the evening. They were the best people and guests were fighting over the leftover food. They were great!

Elegant Fare catered our wedding at Drees Pavilion, and did such an amazing job! Kyle was our point of contact throughout the entire process, and he was so helpful and responsive. And the food at our wedding was so good! We received so many compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed the cocktail hour appetizers and dinner.
