Oh my goodness, Devin is absolutely wonderful!! I’ve always been apprehensive about a message and someone I don’t know touching my body, but Devin was incredibly kind and cultivated a safe environment I could relax in. They absolutely worked wonders, my shoulders haven’t felt this comfortable in YEARS! They’ve made me a believer in message therapy!
Mathew is amazing. He is so kind and applies the right amount of pressure. He listens to focus areas and I would highly recommend him!
My recent visit to Elements Spa was an absolute dream, and it was all thanks to their incredible staff. I was so impressed with how they handled my requests. I had a few personal needs that required a little extra attention, and the team was not only willing to help, but they were genuinely happy to do so. They were so flexible and accommodating, which made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The professionalism and warmth of the staff truly elevated the entire experience. Elements Spa doesn't just offer amazing treatments—they provide an exceptional customer experience that makes you feel valued. I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates truly outstanding service.
Poor service! Bureaucratic and inflexible, unable to adapt to customer situations and erecting a barrier of rules and procedures. I prefer businesses that put customers first, not ones like 'Elements' that expect customers to bend to the needs and inefficiency of their poorly designed software.
Greeted as we walked in the front door, very clean and relaxing atmosphere and I’ve only walked into the reception area! My Massage Therapist was Rachel, she is new to massage and did great. She checked in on her pressure twice, didn’t chat, and start and stop time we’re perfect. Bathroom and massage room were both very clean, would go back if I’m in The Pearl district again.
