Great place to take your little ones and not so little ones as well, giving them a place to safely play and have fun while you can work away on your laptop on Wi-Fi and also enjoy their nice big pretzels that recommend their the green chili cheese fries, they are awesome. The hash chili is fresh and spicy, definitely a place to go as a family to be able to enjoy your time with your kids and also you know, be able to go ahead and enjoy some of the snack food, they have their pretty affordable.
ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband and I were trying to take our 6yr old son to jump. The first guy we spoke to was really nice. After we signed the waivers, my husband went to take a walk outside. The first guy was gone, so a lady came to help us. She was very rude from the start of our interaction. I asked a question about the Monday family night, it was like I asked the worst thing in the world from her. She proceeded to (extremely rudely) tell me and my six year old that we didn’t need to jump there and to leave. I never raised my voice at her, and I didn’t say a single rude thing to her. I asked for the manager, because there was absolutely no need to speak to me like that. She told me she was the manager. If she truly is in charge, it’s astonishing that this place hasn’t lost more customers. She desperately needs some coaching on how to speak to customers. It was our first and last time ever walking into that place. There is no need to treat an obviously pregnant woman, and a six year old child with such disrespect. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
The price to have a birthday party is outrageous. More importantly, I understand having the pizza included in the price but kids bring their parents. It felt rude not being able to feed the parents because we're not allowed to bring our own food in addition to purchased food. I paid what I paid, shouldn't matter if I bring more food on top of that. The service from staff was wonderful. Calista was awesome. Only allowing party guests in the room only the last hour of the 3 "booked" hours was also ridiculous. I had 13 kids and 30 adults scattered all over. It's not a "private room" it's a shared room that you pay for. Also again.....$400 for 1.5 hours of jump time & 3 gross pizzas .... not something I will do again. Also, keep in mind you do need to tip for the hour your serviced based on the $400. I was not aware of this. TBH I would've rather set up 13 plates and serve my party instead of having a host do it. Also being able to decorate according to the theme of the bday would've been nice too. Let me add though....the staff was very friendly and none of this is their doing. Hoping the company can make some changes to make this affordable for more families considering the limitations for such a high price.
We celebrated our daughter's birthday over the weekend and very pleased with how everything went. The young man who checked us in was kind and helpful (im sorry I didnt catch your name) even though i was a bit late to check in. Our host Gabby was also great, she had great communication, and was very helpful and kind to all in our party. Thank you for making our birthday girl happy.
Fast and friendly service. Rules enforced. Great overall supervision. Outstanding cleanliness. Quick and delicious pizza.
