Came back a 2nd time because the lady (possibly the owner?) was so nice the 1st time I dropped in for an emergency repair request. Not only is work well done but the customer service is great! Brought in a hat for resizing and fits just right. Would definitely come back here for future alterations.

Very nice and knowledgeable about garments and garment construction. Very nice ladies who are happy to do things right and listen to what you want. Fixed my studio d’artisan flannel there and I’m very satisfied with their work. I recommend highly.

I walked in to ask about getting a dress altered and before i could even ask the associate told me that they were too busy before i could even ask her my question. I’m not sure where that’s considered good customer service, but suffice it to say, I’ll be happy to spend my money elsewhere. This was absolutely appalling. I’d give negative stars if i could.
