Elite Auto Care has been great to work with. I can come in with a description like "It has this weird clunky sound when I do X" -- They figure out what is really happening, send me a picture of a problem, and a quote for the fix. Then they get the work done right the first time, on time, with a reasonable cost. Icing on the cake -- they keep my car as tidy as I brought it in! WOOOT!
I recently had about $7K of work done at Elite Auto Care, including engine replacement, axle shafts, spark plugs, and a full coolant flush. From start to finish, Tyler and his team handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with complete transparency. They refused to cut corners and did the job right the first time. I’ve never felt more confident leaving my car with a shop. Nicole was very kind and professional, I overheard her looking out for customer costs and how they could get a better deal. Her Husband Tyler runs a great shop and they inspected my car thoroughly. I notice a smoother and quieter ride after my oil change and tire rotation.
The owners Tyler and his wife Nicole are amazing folks. Nicole runs the front end and is very quick in responding to your messages and calls. Very kind and give fanatical customer service Tyler on the other hand is excellent with his knowledge on the cars and the parts. Very polite and understandable on your situation. Show's empathy and will give the realistic answer. Quick in fixing cars. Great vibe in the shop. Give out detail pricing and will recommend you the important stuff that needs fixing rather that being pushy. I have 4 cars and I found a shop for life for me and my kids. They are rockstars.
Man I would give these guys 100/5 stars if I could! Tyler and Nicole are extremely knowledgable, respectful, and easy to work with. All communication was transparent and clear, with simple explanations of what needed to be done and why. They took great care of me and my BMW. I have been to so many shops and felt like I'm getting ripped off or don't understand the work that's being done, and Elite Auto Care was the complete opposite. Very fair, kind, and great people. Car was done faster than I expected too. Absolutely would recommend!
