The new owner, Billy, is very friendly and truly cares about his clients. I really enjoyed the workout, the setup, and everything about it. I will definitely return; I had a fantastic workout!
Billy is a fantastic trainer! I‘ve only seen him twice but my friends have been going to see him for quite sometime and everyone I know loves working with him! He’s very personable and encouraging throughout the entire workout. He’ll teach you how to workout so that your body continues to burn calories throughout the rest of your day. My friends have been going to see Billy for some time, and I went to see him today, too! He’s professional, friendly, and incredibly encouraging. He explained the concept of working within your metabolic rate and how it differs from a traditional workout, and we even got to go over a breakdown of how our weight/mass is distributed in our body (which is SO COOL). Overall, I had a really good first workout with Billy, and it was fun working with someone who has really good energy!!
Billy is an amazing trainer. He has experience with nutrition and exercise around chronic illnesses and around injuries. That’s incredibly rare in Tulsa! He is a real unicorn and I would encourage anyone at any age or quality of health to meet with him and try it out for just a few months.
