We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Elle Cuisine. Our cocktail party was catered by them and their wonderful staff made the night so enjoyable. You will think they are suggesting too many staff but you are wrong! The amazing staff greeted our guests, passed around drinks and food and then disappeared at the end of the night leaving a spotless kitchen! The food was delicious! I will definitely do this again next year! Thank you!

We’ve used Elle Cuisine for multiple corporate holiday events, and the food is consistently outstanding. The team is wonderful to work with from planning through execution, and the onsite staff provided fantastic support throughout our events. UNREAL. We used Elle Cuisine for Thanksgiving ‘25. We had over a dozen adults + children and ordered all of our sides and extra bits from the team. Ordering was a breeze and Wimela + the team answered every question I had (and more) and even took my suggestion to sell gravy and cranberry sauce separate - and it was added that hour to the menu. It felt collaborative and I could tell the kitchen team took great pride in packaging every dish. Everything was beyond organized and even our delivery guy, JR (?) was fantastic. He hand delivered every box right into our kitchen and stayed to chat - it didn’t feel transaction and felt very warm, genuine. In addition, the food was incredible! I pride myself on being a fantastic home chef but with little kids of my own this season was too much for me to do alone and the food was beyond. We ordered canapés, two different salads, garlic mashed potatoes, harissa glazed carrots, brussels’ and their sage bread stuffing (a must!). The cost was on par with anything I would have made and it saved me a headache and time. I am so deeply appreciative to this team. THANK YOU.

Elle Cuisine catered our wedding two weeks ago and we are still having friends and family talk about the food. As foodies with eclectic tastes, we envisioned a fun, tasty and unique menu for our big day. Elle helped us conceptualize delicious passed canapés and oyster station during cocktail hour and Vietnamese & Caribbean food stations for dinner. They went above and beyond to create a special dessert for our dessert station and the late night snacks were a hit. Everything was perfectly prepared and presented. Mia led an incredibly efficient and friendly team on the day-of. Though there were some hiccups in communication midway through planning, Lauren was quick to jump on board and keep everything moving forward smoothly. We had some issues with our printing vendor the day before and Mia was kind enough to swoop in and help us with all our needs which was beyond her job description but much appreciated. We look forward to hiring Elle for future events and highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Chef’s Story: A Celebration of Niagara’s Seasonal Bounty at Palatine Hills Estate Winery, hosted by Elle Cuisine, was an unforgettable evening! The variety and quality of the food stations were outstanding — from the perfectly roasted suckling pig and tender chicken to the fresh trout salad and creative potato dishes. The corn salad was bursting with flavour, and the oyster station was a treat! Every bite told a story of Niagara’s harvest. Dessert was pure joy — DIY s’mores roasted over open flames with house-made graham crackers and marshmallows, or the incredible apple crumble baked in a cast-iron skillet and topped with sharp cheddar and whipped cream. And let’s not forget the appetizer: focaccia with Brie, figs, and honey — absolute perfection. The ambiance captured the true essence of fall. As the sun set over the vineyards, guests relaxed by the fire pits or lounged on picnic blankets provided by the hosts, enjoying exceptional wines and great company. A truly magical evening surrounded by family, friends, and incredible food — worth every penny of the ticket price. Elle Cuisine and Palatine Hills created an experience that celebrated Niagara’s bounty in the most delicious and memorable way. 🍂🍷✨
