I went in tonight for my first tint and wax and it did NOT disappoint! The whole experience was so comfortable and I’m obsessed with the results. I definitely found my new spot and will be back before Christmas. Lyndsay, you did amazing — thank you so much! 🫶
Lyndsay laminated, tinted and waxed my brows and they turned out great. This was my first time here but have received this service many times elsewhere in the past. This is the first time I have not broken out between my eyebrows after the service. I'm not certain but I think it is Lyndsays technique that made the difference as she didn't use plastic wrap while the lamination solution set on my brows. Whether that was the difference maker or not, I know I am grateful to not have the breakouts I expected after the wax. I highly recommend this service and I appreciate the competitive pricing.
Omg, Lyndsay does the best Brazilians! Oh, where do I begin with this Brazilian waxing paradise? I send my wife and my girlfriends here regularly, and let me tell you, I’m practically a connoisseur of their handiwork at this point. The precision? Chef’s kiss. The smoothness? Like a freshly polished bowling lane. Every visit leaves them glowing (or maybe that’s just the post-wax redness), and I get to admire the artistry of this place all the time. 10/10, my ladies keep coming back, and I’m basically their biggest fan by proxy. Keep slaying, wax wizards!
I have scars from when I went in a year ago for a routine waxing at Elle. I had gone a couple of times before without incident, this time was different from the start. Lindsey, the owner, was five minutes late for our appointment, and then when we sat down, the whole time she talked with her coworker about details of a client’s domestic violence situation and court case. It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. This lack of care translated to my getting wax burn on both eyebrows - one brow had the skin lift significantly. I could tell it hurt a lot more than usual but she didn’t say anything to me about it so I figured it was my skin being sensitive from more sun exposure, being that it was summer. When I showed my esthetician friend, she let me know what happened and how to care for the wounds Elle inflected on me - unfortunately this did not prevent indented scars on my eyelid from this incident that have not cleared up and likely never will. I emailed asking for a refund and never got a response, so now I post here in hopes that others don’t make my mistake and go here for services.
